How to get MP3s legally

There are many ways to download MP3s. Kazaa, eMule, BearShare, Morpheus, Limewire, BitTorrent, WinMX, etc.
But all of them bear legal risks that should not be underestimated. I recently came across a program called "ClipInc." which seems to be the remedy to all the download fear.
ClipInc. enables you to save radio streams to your hard disk. At the same time it provides you with song title and artist. Although it´s a German program it´s quite easy to use (if you don´t speak German).

I've never tried using any of the torrent sites. In fact I haven't downloaded music from any of these sites in a long time. Kazaa used to have some tracking software- spyware so I stopped using that.

Just testing your comments again for the do follow blogroll ... bothersome me.

I haven't used any of the downloading software either, because I'm too pretty to get sued, but if it's legal I'll have to check it out, thanks.

I am amazed at either you ability to write in English as a German or your ability to read and write German as a native english speaker. I saw your other site on this list and you have all these references to the German language and programs. I speak Danish, not used that much, but its my heritage.

Thanks for the info, I have always been wondering how people do that and now I know that I can. Thanks
